As an owner, pilot and instructor, I have attended many Balloon Events... Rallies, Fly-Ins & Glows, meeting many fascinating people. I also collect Trading Cards and photographs of those other balloons and balloonists I find interesting. And along the way and over the years, dear friends are made. This page is set aside for sharing only a sampling of a few images of other people and their balloons ... nice people, fun shapes, great colors, beautiful settings and more. COOL BEANS! — The second balloon owned and piloted by my friend, Jeanne Gartner. Her first was "Holy Frijole." Early on, she held the nickname, "Bean." And as it would happen, her favorite expression quickly became "Cool Beans!" She flies her hot-air balloon in events around the USA and Canada, traveling primarily between El Paso, Texas and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jeanne too is in the medical profession. Jeanne shares a quote on the back of her trading card, which states: |
